The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (“ASME”) collects business information for the purpose of of serving the needs of its members. In some situations, we may need to collect personal information from representatives of companies that participate in our activities.
This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis by which ASME (“we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of all members, non-members, customers and content providers of ASME, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).
